office team provides the essential operational support for the entire Saltmine
organisation. They manage diaries and databases, plan tours, maintain financial
systems and records (including the Gift Aid scheme), comply with Charity
Law and produce promotional and other resources. |

John Challen - John is Finance Manager. He brings his years of experience in accountancy to Saltmine having worked for other Christian organisations and also in retail.

Julia Mee - Julia provides executive support to the Chief Executive (Phil Collins) as his P.A. |

Barbara Millward - Barbara duties include being the Executive Support assistant. |

Andy
Palmer - Andy has wide-ranging responsibilities which include logistics and taking care of the computer network.
