Saltmine welcomes Phil Collins as the new CEO
Introducing Phil Collins
Phil Collins is a well-known National Evangelist and Church Leader.
Phil has spent 20 years in ministry, travelling as an Evangelist throughout Britain, Canada, USA and Africa, conducting town and citywide missions.
He spent many years as the National Evangelist for Youth for Christ where he pioneered ‘Life Force’ teams across Canada and then went on to develop ‘Activate Theatre Company.’
Having established the team he took on responsibility for the ‘year out’ programme and summer missions for YFC, releasing hundreds of young people in ministry. |

Phil comes to Saltmine from leading Chawn Hill Church Stourbridge in the West Midlands, where he enjoyed a national preaching ministry at events such as Spring Harvest, Planet Life and Summer Madness. He is a trustee for the Black Country Cyberbus project, and is the leader for the ‘Via’ group of churches across the Midlands and part of the “Net” leadership team. He is a regular speaker on Christian Radio.
He is married to Michelle, and they have twin daughters, Emily and Jessica who are 7 years old, 3 year old Isabella and newborn boy Josiah.
