Katharine Henthorne
Katharine joined Saltmine in September 2005, this is her first professional acting job since graduating from Roehampton University with a BA hons in Drama and Theatre Studies. Brought up in Harrogate, she developed an interest in drama from an early age.
Katharine has been managing the company since May 2006. Since joining the company she has appeared in ‘The Hiding Place’, ‘The Screwtape Letters’,’ The Stars, the Sand and That Other Now', ‘the Liberator’ and ‘Three Wise Men and a Baby’.

Michael Taylor
Michael joined Saltmine in January 2005 after finishing his A-levels. Raised in Isleham (a village near Newmarket) he has always loved performing and has played a variety of lead roles from Algernon in ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’ to Danny in ‘Grease’.
Michael has a passion for music as well as acting and has written and performed music used in various Saltmine productions. Since joining the Company he has appeared in ‘Emma’s Mystery’, ‘The Hiding Place’, ‘The Screwtape Letters’, ‘The Stars, the Sand and That Other Now’ ‘the Liberator’ and ‘Three Wise Men and a Baby’.

Miriam Sarin
Miriam joined Saltmine in January 2005 after gaining a HND in Performing Arts (Theatre) at New College, Nottingham. Brought up in Skegness, she has always enjoyed acting and began to get involved in amateur dramatics at an early age, taking part in a variety of plays and pantomimes.
Since joining the company she has appeared in ‘Emma’s Mystery’, ‘The Hiding Place’, ‘The Screwtape Letters’, ‘The Stars, the Sand and That Other Now’ ‘the Liberator’ and ‘Three Wise Men and a Baby’.
